Study Tour Invitation
Dear Sir or Madam,
In order to allow you to acquaint with our hotel we have prepared for you a
special study tour with lots of attractions.
From the hotel terraces you can see a unique and gorgeous panorama of the Alps.
The landscape of mountain slopes hidden between the surrounding lakes
captivates everyone. In the distance of 300 m from our hotel there is a famous
ski center - Gerlitzen Alpe - which is a winter paradise for white craze lovers from
all the European countries. In the hotel you are certain to find warm and truly
family atmosphere.
There are wonderful ski tracks and extraordinary views waiting for you.
We guarantee truly Polish hospitality and wonderful time.

STUDY TOUR PROGRAM - ALPINUM SPORTHOTEL - GERLITZEN
01 - 07. 01. 2006
01.01. Day 1st (from the afternoon hours)
A coach journey on the route Poland - Czech Republic - Austria. The details
concerning the route, time and a meeting place are going to be given in due time.
They depend on your applications.
02.01. Day 2nd
Arrival at Alpinum Sporthotel about noon - accommodating - relaxation.
4.00 p.m. a meeting with the hotel management team.
6.30 p.m. a banquet and party till an early morning.
03.01. Day 3rd
8.00 a.m. - 9.30 a.m. breakfast
9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. skiing (for those who do not ski possibility of ski learning,
for others - a countryside sightseeing tour.
7.00 p.m. supper
8.00 p.m. a special entertainment program, games with prizes
04.01. Day 4th
8.00 a.m. - 9.30 a.m. breakfast
9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. skiing (for those who do not ski - possibility of ski learning,
for others - an uphill trip on the summit of Gerlitzen,
watching the ski tracks).
7.00 p.m. supper
8.00 p.m. a fireplace evening - guitar ballads, the best satirist
competition, karaoke
05.01. Day 5th
8.00 a.m. - 9.30 a.m. breakfast
9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. skiing ( for those who do not ski - possibility of ski learning,
for others - visiting Villach, great fun in thermal
swimming-pools)
7.00 p.m. supper
8.00 p.m. a banquet and party till an early morning.
06.01. Day 6th
8.00 a.m. - 9.30 a.m. breakfast
9.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m. skiing (for those who do not ski - possibility of ski learning,
for others - trekking along a tourist route and
admiring unique views).
2.30 p.m. dinner
3.00 p.m. checking out and departure for Poland.
07.01. Day 7th
Arrival in Poland in the morning hours.
Price 900 PLN - for staff of travel agencies and other travel organizators
Price 1100 PLN - for persons accompanying
The price includes
The journey from Poland - Czech Republic - Austria.
The program according to the offer (accommodation in rooms for 2, 3 persons,
board, banquets, ski tickets books, entry tickets, prizes).
The price does not include: Ski insurance - 45 PLN
ATTENTION! The organizers who in the season 2005/2006 will sell minimum
50 places in Alpinum Sporthotel are going to be reimbursed for the
Study Tour costs.
